<strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Life and Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on in-book sales—working with an existing portfolio of clients to grow and maintain life and health insurance product sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume insurance sales and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>Manage and grow an existing book of life and health insurance clients</li>
<li>Proactively engage clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-volume sales environment</li>
<li>Work Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; flexible scheduling on other weekdays with potential for later hours</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and accurate policy processing</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>

<li>Extensive experience in life and health insurance product sales, preferably in a high-volume setting</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage time effectively and work within specified hours</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</li>
<li>Proficient with ECRM and sales tracking tools</li>
