We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst .This position will be full-time and remote.
What You'll Do:
Experience with agile methodology and participate in all agile ceremonies
Review user stories & Acceptance criteria
Create test plans (technical & functional) in Service Now
Execute test plans to validate functionality and data accuracy. Maintain proper testing documentation in Service Now.
Perform regression testing
Log and prioritize defects with details for development team to resolve in Service Now. Re-test and validate defects resolved.
Support UAT by coordinating with business tester to track their progress and manage defects
What You'll Need
Required:
Defect Management & Reporting
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.
Provide daily/weekly testing status reports and highlight risks.
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field (Mandatory).
Physical Demands
This role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional movement around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
