Position Summary:  

The Marketing CRM Specialist plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and marketing effectiveness through the strategic use of the company’s CRM and marketing automation platforms. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing omni-channel campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention, and business growth. The specialist ensures data accuracy, improves segmentation and personalization strategies, and delivers insights through campaign analytics. Working closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams, this individual serves as a key resource in advancing CRM adoption, enhancing the customer journey, and maintaining digital marketing compliance.
