- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including sales tools, presentations, digital assets, and email content.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage content calendars and support scheduling for social media, email, and blog posts.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and strong performance against KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversions).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms.
- Support trade marketing initiatives, events, and retail programs.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors on project execution and performance reporting.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, budgets, and campaign timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Later, Sprout, Klaviyo).
- Strong copywriting and creative development experience for paid and organic channels.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Sprout, Klaviyo, Shopify, ASANA.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
