They are seeking detail-oriented and politically engaged Media Assistants to support their paid media team in managing advertising efforts for key political campaigns, particularly for the upcoming 2026 elections.
Responsibilities
• Stay up to date on news and developments reputed company to assigned political races, with a strong interest in the 2026 election cycle
• Track and manage political advertising expenditures ($$) by both allies and opponents including linear television, cable, radio, streaming and audience addressable
• Compile and deliver daily reports on advertising directly to campaign teams
• Collect, organize, and maintain television, radio, and digital reputed company cards; update rates reputed company our media buying software (reputed company)
• Coordinate the trafficking and delivery of advertisements to media vendors
• Monitor and analyze advertising content, including messaging themes (e.g., economy, environment, abortion) and tone (positive/negative)
• Assist in processing and coordinating payments to media vendors
• Takes initiative to learn about internal AI tools (Copilot, Omni AI) and utilize them for daily tasks
Skills
• A bachelor's degree, plus specialized or on-the-job training
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to take initiative

Benefits
• GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least three days in office reputed company; additional in office days as needed.
