Responsibilities
- Enrolling clients into Medicare Advantage plans provided by the government (extremely easy to sell)
- Working within a system where team members below call leads, then hot leads are transferred directly to you on the phone *(No buying leads)*
- Simple process — more like customer service than traditional sales
Skills
- Ability to enroll clients into Medicare Advantage plans
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work remotely or in-office
- Ability to set your own schedule
- Willingness to participate in paid training (2 weeks)
- Ability to work with a team and support system
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads
