Job Summary:
We're looking for a part-time, licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC) in Minnesota to provide evidence-based therapy to support our members' mental health goals. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner with psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to deliver comprehensive care. This is a 1099, part-time position with opportunities for full-time in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help members meet their goals
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated care
- Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
- Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC in Minnesota (additional state licenses a plus)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth via video
- Organized and enthusiastic about a dynamic team environment
- Warm and engaging clinical style
- Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals
- Availability for evening hours and potential Saturdays
