Job Summary
The Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Configuration Lead provides advanced technical leadership in the design, development, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). This role leads configuration resources, develops scalable and sustainable solutions, and supports integrated data operations within a complex healthcare environment. The Configuration Lead is responsible for designing visually professional, user‑centered SharePoint sites, producing high‑quality reports using diverse information management tools, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) systems and a proven ability to translate data requirements into actionable, compliant, and intuitive solutions.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 4 years of experience managing data systems, producing reports, and working with VHA systems.
At least 3 years of experience leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of:
Demonstrated expertise in:
Experience designing and producing reports using a wide range of information management research tools, systems, and processes—with a strong focus on Integrated Health Care data workflows.
