Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:
Pflege und regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Social Media Kanäle (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Content Erstellung (Textentwürfe, Bildauswahl, Grafiken)
Einfache Bild /Videobearbeitung
Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen nach Redaktionsplan
Abstimmung von Inhalten mit PR & Marketing
Community Monitoring (z. B. Reaktionen, Kommentare weiterleiten)
Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Auswertung von Social Media Aktivitäten
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Instagram und/oder LinkedIn (privat oder beruflich)
Ausbildung oder Erfahrung idealerweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Design oder vergleichbar
Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Ansprache und konsistente Tonalität
Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit bei regelmäßigen Veröffentlichungen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools (MS Office);
erste Erfahrung mit Canva und/oder ähnlichen Tools

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:
Maintaining and regularly updating social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Content creation (drafting text, selecting images, creating graphics)
Basic image and video editing
Publishing posts according to the editorial calendar
Coordinating content with PR & Marketing
Community monitoring (e.g., forwarding reactions and comments)
Assisting with the documentation and evaluation of social media activities
What you will bring along:
Practical experience with Instagram and/or LinkedIn (personal or professional)
Education or experience, ideally in the fields of communication, marketing, media, design, or similar
An instinct for addressing target audiences effectively and maintaining a consistent tone
Reliability and commitment to regular posts
Very good German language skills; good English language skills
Proficiency with common digital tools (MS Office)
some experience with Canva and/or similar tools
