This unique Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) opportunity with Basis Home Loans (NMLS ID: 2348051) allows you to combine your self-generated business with consistent referral business from our sister company, Adair Homes.

Adair Homes is the Largest Custom Home Builder in the North West; it was founded in 1969 and has built over 25,000 Custom Homes on our customer's land.


Position Summary

As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Basis Home Loans, you will partner with the Adair Homes sales team to provide construction financing options to Adair Customers. This role offers a significant opportunity to serve customers through our preferred builder relationships by providing competitive financing solutions and excellent service. By offering a unique set of construction loan products, Interest rate promotions and incentives[1].

We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team who can live in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Arizona. This position will require the candidate to provide in-office and remote support to the Adair Homes team. The ideal candidate must have a track record of being a successful Mortgage Loan Originator, an eagerness to learn, a TREMENDOUS focus on customer service, solving complex problems, and the ability to nurture strong relationships. This position requires the MLO to be licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Arizona.
