Job Description:Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Moses Lake, Washington, for a part time opportunity.Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. • Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remote in our EMR (Athena I).
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
