Chemours is seeking an Operations Communications Specialist to join our Advanced Performance Materials (APM) Communications team. This position will be based in Mexico (with flexibility across Latin America) and will report directly to the Global Communications Leader, APM.

Role Summary

The Operations Communications Specialist supports Chemours’ manufacturing sites by strengthening internal and frontline employee engagement through clear, practical, and consistent communications. Working across the manufacturing circuit, this role partners closely with site, regional, and global leaders to help employees understand Chemours’ business strategy, operational priorities, and vision—and what those mean for their day‑to‑day work.

This role focuses on operational and site leadership communications, change and engagement initiatives, and the development of scalable communications toolkits and playbooks that can be leveraged across sites in Mexico and the United States. Issues, crisis, and risk‑based communications are an important component of the role, supporting Chemours’ license to operate. The specialist is part of a broader Operations Communications team and works in close collaboration with fellow specialists and the global communications organization. Periodic travel to U.S. manufacturing sites is required.
