OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981, specializing in logistics and shipping services. They are seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to develop B2B relationships, prepare logistics service plans, and collaborate with sales support to maintain pricing and service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL)
- Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit
- Prepare and offer logistics service plans
- Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan
- Onboarding account and aligning service expectation
- Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below)
- Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone
- Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads
- Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities
- Maintaining & updating the Sale’s CRM
- Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact)
- Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support
- When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment

- B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality

- Creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus
