Position Overview – Your Role in the Mental Health Front Door

The Overnight Worklife Customer Support Associate – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a critical member of careerzynith’s 24‑hour mental health chat center. You will be the first point of contact for members seeking support for mental‑wellness, behavioral health, and related services. By blending human empathy with AI‑driven chat automation, you will guide members through a seamless experience, ensuring they receive the right resources, referrals, and follow‑up care.

Work Schedule & Environment

This is a fully remote, overnight position. Your core shift will align with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone night hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST, though exact start times may be adjusted based on business needs. The first six weeks of employment involve intensive training conducted Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM EST, to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.

Because careerzynith operates a 24‑hour chat center, holidays are treated as regular business days unless you have pre‑approved time off. You will need a reliable broadband or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload) with a wired Ethernet setup to guarantee consistent performance. A quiet, private workspace is essential for maintaining confidentiality and delivering professional service.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

careerzynith offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $35.29, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may qualify for performance‑based bonuses, commissions, or short‑term incentive programs.
