What You Will Be Doing for arenaflex
As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at arenaflex, you will serve as a crucial link between healthcare providers and insurance companies. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers into our systems. This task requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet client turnaround times.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry Excellence: Accurately input information from insurance claims and authorization requests into our proprietary systems, ensuring all data fields are completed correctly and in accordance with established guidelines.
- System Navigation: Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorization documents for data entry, demonstrating proficiency in multiple software platforms.
- Document Differentiation: Distinguish between various claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines specific to each document type.
- Special Handling Identification: Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, ensuring sensitive or complex claims are processed correctly.

Experience
