We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR department with employee onboarding and HRIS management. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while allowing you to play a key role in ensuring the smooth integration of new employees into our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all necessary documentation and data are accurately collected and entered into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically Paylocity. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience working with Paylocity.
