JOB SPECIFICATION 

POSITION: Talent Coordinator  (Part-Time)

DEPARTMENT: Talent and Recruitment (America) 

LOCATION: Remote 

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Talent          

EEO Classification: Administrative Support 

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt ($17 - $19/Hour) 

 

Position Summary 

The Talent Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting various administrative functions in candidate initial engagement, including the Careers email inbox. The Coordinator will also support certain candidate screening and interview initiatives, serving as the central “touchpoint” for communication, logistics, and scheduling of Talent-engaged calls and candidate visits/travel throughout the academic year.  

As needed, the Talent Coordinator will support tasks related to employee recruiting such as management of initial engagement, and organization/tracking/oversight of certain prospect lists and candidate pools in Workday.

Additional Requirements 

Type of fingerprint clearance: Must possess or obtain valid DPS fingerprint clearance.  

  

Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
