Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Remote Customer Care Associate to become a key member of our virtual service hub. Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for the following:
- Order Capture & Accuracy: Receive customer orders via phone, chat, or email, and enter them precisely into our order‑management system (formerly known as SAP, now integrated within careerzynith’s platform).
- Inquiry Resolution: Leverage multiple support tools to investigate and resolve questions, ranging from product availability to delivery status, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
