• Use your skills to resolve patient balances for scheduled and completed services
• Tap into insurance verification tools and estimator systems to clarify costs
• Reach out to patients, explain their options, and offer compassionate solutions
• Guide patients through payment plans, financial assistance, Medicaid, and more
• Work daily reports and collaborate with our awesome registration team

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

• A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience,
  preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.

Language Skills

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent language, grammar
  and spelling skills.
• Must be able to multi-task
