Job Title: Payroll - Fiscal Analyst 2 PEBB/ESS (FA2)
Location: Olympia, WA - Full-time (Remote)

Salary: $4,428 - $5,956 Monthly. 

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is accepting applications for a Fiscal Analyst 2 to support payroll operations within the Financial and Business Services Division (FBSD). This position sits within the agency's Payroll Team under the direction of the Payroll Operations Manager and plays a direct role in ensuring that every DCYF employee is paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with state and federal requirements.

This is detail-oriented, high-accountability work. The person in this role helps uphold the agency's commitment to treating every paycheck with integrity and meeting its fiscal responsibilities to the State of Washington.

The Opportunity:

As a Fiscal Analyst 2 on the Payroll Team, you will perform timekeeping and benefits administration duties in accordance with RCW, WAC, Collective Bargaining Agreements, SAAM, and agency policies. You will work independently to manage complex, detailed tasks across payroll and benefits functions, exercise sound judgment, and respond accurately to inquiries from employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
