Payroll Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting US Payroll Service Delivery. You will own and manage core payroll components. You will process multi-state payroll for all employees on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy in wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions. Key responsibilities include processing multi-state payroll, managing deductions/garnishments, maintaining payroll systems, reconciling payroll accounts with the general ledger, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues or discrepancies in a professional manner, and collaborate with HR, finance and vendors teams as needed. You will be responsible for leading the approaches and best practices toward strategy of the services. Key to success in the role will be to ensure delivery of quality processes and strategic priorities.
