Your Next Role

We are looking for a Performance Designer to join our high-growth performance marketing team. You’ll be working in responsive pods with growth strategists and creative strategists adapting to daily/weekly/quarterly test cadences.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance data, owning the design/assembly of ads, funnels, and post-click experiences across all stages of the funnel (eg: TOF, MOF, BOF, Buyers)

You’ll concept, design, and optimise high-performing static ads, video ads, and landing experiences that drive daily measurable results. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Influencer, Content, Video, Affiliate, Media, Data, Amazon, Product, and Retention teams to amplify the scale of your wins.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, test-heavy environments, knows how to translate insights into profitable creative, and can balance big creative ideas with systematic optimisation.
