Job description: Personal Lines Sales Representative - P&C Insurance Company - Base Salary to 45k/year - Phoenix, AZ
- Our client is a large P&C Insurance brokerage company that is looking to add to their personal lines sales team. This is a fully remote position. The Personal Lines Sales Representative will work on an east coast schedule of 11am-8pm.
- Our client is looking for someone that has an interest in a call center style of remote position. Emphasis on someone that has worked in the insurance business selling products such as auto, home and RV insurance.
- Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.
- Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales
- Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up
- 1+ years of property and casualty insurance experience with auto, home and RV
- Strong communication and follow up sales skills
- Currently licensed in one of the lower 48 states
- Ability to work from home with reliable network and computer system
- Ability to work an 11am-8pm east coast schedule
- Base salary to 45k/year plus uncapped commission structure.
