I’m starting a simple podcast as a personal project — its conversations with my kids about life moments that I’d like to capture and turn into a podcast - more for family history documenting and not trying to be the next Joe Rogan.
I’m looking for someone who can help make it sound clean, warm, and high quality — without overproducing it.
This is a hobby project, but I still care about it sounding great.
What I need:
1) Initial setup intro and outro
• Help me create a high quality intro and outro based on the music and vocal i have already (overlay 5 words onto 7 seconds of piano)
2) Standard settings and workflow:
• Help me create a standard setting that makes it easy for me to add the audio into descript, edit and export quickly.
• Help me create the first 3 episodes to a high quality. These are already recorded - using hollyland lark m2 mics with iphone 16 (10-15 mins each)
3) Workflow.
Teach me what i need to do for a seamless and efficient workflow from recording to publishing
4) Publishing
I may require additional help with setting up on podcast platforms.
What I’m looking for:
• Expert with podcast production (audio)
• Someone with a good ear for natural, conversational audio
• Not overly “radio style” — I want it to feel real and relaxed
• Clear communicator who can keep things simple
Potential Ongoing work to help with production:
• Edit episodes (typically 10–20 minutes)
• Clean audio (remove obvious mistakes, tighten slightly)
• Balance voices (adult + child voices)
• Light noise reduction and leveling
