What you’ll do
Keep the portfolio moving

Coordinate projects across business areas, ensuring alignment with PMO frameworks and standards

Track project progress from intake to delivery, identifying risks, delays, and gaps

Maintain a single source of truth for all project data and reporting
Own governance and structure

Ensure compliance with stage-gates, documentation, and delivery practices
-
Support project intake, validate submissions, and maintain high-quality artefacts
-
Drive consistency in how projects are managed across the organisation
Be the Asana expert

Act as the go-to Asana Champion, ensuring data accuracy and usability

Optimise workflows, boards, and reporting structures
-
Support automation, clean-up, and continuous improvement of the platform
Support critical initiatives

Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and OHS initiatives

Maintain registers, track progress, and ensure audit readiness
-
Support strategic and operational projects when needed
Drive insight and improvement

Build reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility

Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and governance maturity

Coach teams on best practices and help embed strong delivery discipline
What you bring
-
3–5 years’ experience in project/portfolio/PMO coordination

Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies

Hands-on experience with Asana, Excel, or similar tools

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
