We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer (L2) to design and deliver impactful data
visualization solutions. This role involves building dashboards, working with large datasets, and
enabling data-driven decision-making using Power BI, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate is
analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Visualization & Reporting
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Create data models and use DAX for advanced analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with latest trends in BI and data visualization.
Data Engineering & Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting goals.
- Collaborate with data teams to collect, transform, and prepare data.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Use Python for data processing, automation, and integrations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UI/UX.
- Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
