Ensuring flawless adoption and maximizing customer lifetime value is where the true victory lies. We are seeking an "Ecosystem Architect" to unify our Pre-Sales and Customer Success engines under one cohesive, high-performance strategy.

The Role

The Pre-Sales & Customer Success Director will be the definitive technical authority for our region. You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise sales cycles and long-term SaaS adoption. Leading a high-performing regional team of 10+ Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers, you will standardize technical playbooks, drive adoption during our critical SaaS transition, and ensure we exceed our Net Retention Rate (NRR) targets.
