Join us and manage your energy the "SMARTA" way.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Administration Executive to join our busy and fast-paced Energy Pricing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth onboarding and management of client contracts, maintaining compliance, and protecting revenue through timely and accurate administrative processes.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Client Information Submissions</strong> </li><li>Ensure all new client information requests are accurately submitted to suppliers within internal SLA timelines </li><li>Utilise internal and industry systems, including Perse and Electralink, to manage submissions efficiently </li><li>Liasing with suppliers to ensure all information is returned and set up correctly on all internal systems </li><li>liaising with the sales team to gather information required </li><li><strong>Contract & Supply Management</strong> </li><li>Submit terminations in line with incumbent supplier Terms & Conditions </li><li>Monitor and ensure all contracts go live on their intended start dates </li><li>Proactively identify and resolve any risks to contract activation </li><li><strong>Reporting & Stakeholder Communication</strong> </li><li>Produce and distribute regular reports to internal stakeholders regarding contract status and pipeline progress </li><li>Maintain clear and timely communication across departments </li><li><strong>Objection Management</strong> </li><li>Manage and resolve objections in line with internal SLAs </li><li>Act with urgency to minimise revenue risk to the business </li><li>Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to achieve prompt resolutions </li><li><strong>Compliance & Quality Assurance</strong> </li><li>Conduct compliance checks to ensure all contracts meet required standards for sign-off </li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and audit-ready </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Strong administrative experience, ideally within the energy or utilities sector </li><li>Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Perse and Electralink (desirable, not essential) </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills </li><li>Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality </li><li>Punctual, reliable, and professional </li><li>Strong team player with a collaborative approach </li><li>Proactive and able to work under pressure </li><li>High standards of work and accountability</li></ul><p><br></p>
