We channel our passion and talent into helping healthcare leaders listen to their conversational data in a way that delivers value to the enterprise.Job DescriptionJob OverviewProduct Marketing is the bridge between our product + engineering organization, and our go-to-market teams (customer success, brand marketing, sales).Our job is to make the Authenticx platform successful in the market, promote adoption and maturity within our client base, and serve as the strategic experts when it comes to the market and competitive landscape.A product marketer at Authenticx champions the product lines they support by defining and managing their end-to-end GTM strategy. They work closely with key stakeholders both within the Product + Customer Marketing Team, and throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a versatile Product Marketing Manager with experience in:
- leading the company through the launch of new products
- developing both strong positioning and compelling messaging
- collaborating with product and other cross-functional teams
- sales and customer success enablement
- creating high impact content to fuel customer and market-facing campaigns
- operationalizing product marketing activities to drive successful, tangible results
- a self-starter who drives action and results
- comfortable and experienced in both strategy and execution
- demonstrates a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding the platform, and the products you support as a subject matter expert
- Staying up to speed on the current market and industry news
- Creating compelling roadmap messaging, product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings
- Defining and managing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for your product: potentially including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive and market intelligence, and customer adoption
- Building product marketing programs and frameworks to promote the Authenticx vision, platform and services, internally and externally, and drive organizational excellence
- Developing insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results
- Relevant undergraduate degree or other formal education or certification
- 4+ years experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B SaaS technology products and services
- Passionate about contributing to early-growth stage companies success
- Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning
- Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works)
- Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into concise messaging that resonates with core persona
- Exhibits customer empathy and puts the customer first in everything they do
- High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs
- Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
- PLUS: experience in healthcare technology
- PLUS: Experience marketing AI software or platforms and/or technical platforms to mid-market and enterprise-size businesses
- This is a remote-first position.
- Local team members come into the office approximately 1-2x per week. This is flexible.
- Remote team members come to the office approximately 2-4x per year, based on training, corporate events, or other business needs.
- Candidates must reside in the USA.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without employment visa sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) now and in the future.
