Position Summary

BDR Solutions is seeking Production Operations / O&M Engineers to sustain 24x7 EAG production operations at ~1 billion API transactions/month and deliver ongoing API onboarding lifecycle under EAGMO. Strict SLAs apply: 99.5% availability, P1 response within 15 minutes of detection, service restoration within 4 hours. This role also executes centralized API onboarding (~35 APIs/month) during non-incident periods until automated self-service is approved for production.

The salary compensation range for this position is $155,000 – $185,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.

In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
