The arenaflex CONNECT division is the heartbeat of our customer experience. We serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex and the advisors, clients, and partners who rely on us daily. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
As a Customer Service Representative in this division, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You'll handle service issues, answer questions about procedures and account information, and serve as a trusted resource for customers navigating our systems and policies.

In this primarily home-based role, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the comfort of your home, with proximity to one of our office locations. This flexibility allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while staying connected to your team.
Occasionally, you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training sessions, and culture events.
