We are adding a skilled Project Manager to our dynamic and growing team to manage projects by working collaboratively with our Project Leaders and clients to exceed expectations.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting cross-team collaboration while ensuring successful completion of client projects within the allotted timeline and budget. The incumbent will be engaged from the beginning of an engagement through closeout. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects across various vertical markets and to interact with both clients and team members. In this role, you will be required to travel, with notice, up to 25%.
Work with Client & Project Leaders to develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Create comprehensive client-specific project plans to be shared with both the clients and team members.
Prioritize and assign project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
Work collaboratively with project leader to provide and communicate budget forecasting with Finance and Administrative team, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget (level of efforts) and work to ensure accounts payable and receivable are current.
Track time, scope and level of effort for each project.
Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle by maintaining project management software/tools and communicating with key stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Catalog project evaluations to review consistent themes across the book of business. Make recommendations for improvement based on themes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Project Management Professional certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
Proven track record of managing and understanding all aspects of a project lifecycle.
Experience in managing timelines, budget and working cross-functionally.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (ex: SmartSheets, Trello, Basecamp. ClickUp, etc.)
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and challenging deadlines.
