At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.
Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.
This isn’t a typical project management role. You’ll take ownership of a strategic “lighthouse” engagement with a global player in the Oil & Gas sector, one of the most important deployments in our portfolio, and a key stepping stone for expansion across the energy industry.
You’ll operate at the center of a sophisticated delivery ecosystem, working alongside a Big 4 systems integrator and our parent company, IFS. Success here doesn’t just mean delivering a project - it means setting the standard for how Poka scales in complex, high-stakes industrial environments.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of Poka’s deployment within a single, highly strategic enterprise engagement. This program includes multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies, requiring strong coordination, structure, and leadership.
You’ll orchestrate delivery across a complex partner ecosystem, including the client’s internal teams, Poka, IFS, and a global systems integrator - ensuring alignment from site-level operations to executive governance.
The flagship deployment focuses on four high-impact production use cases:
Operator rounds: digitizing daily field inspections and readings
Digital work procedures: enabling structured, guided execution of operational tasks
Work order requests: frontline-initiated maintenance flows integrated with IFS Cloud
Electronic work permits: integrations with permit-to-work systems supporting safe execution of high-risk activities
