Responsibilities
- Architect Intelligent Workflows: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and streamline core OTI processes, transforming manual project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination into intelligent, scalable systems
- Coordinate Innovation events: Act as the primary coordinator and point person for high-profile global events
- Drive Data-Backed Insights and Reporting: Use AI-powered analytics to automate project tracking and generate predictive reports for OTI leadership and stakeholders
- Curate Digital Content: Own and maintain internal web pages using AI tools for content generation and automated summarization
- Coordinate Innovation Projects and Portfolio: Coordinate and monitor a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, data analytics initiatives, and emerging technology research. Use AI-powered tools to track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and generate predictive insights for leadership and stakeholders
Skills
- Early experience in project management, operations, or coordination within a fast-paced technology environment
- A keen interest in improving how work gets done, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to design more efficient workflows
- A strong passion for applying AI and automation to solve practical business problems and improve productivity
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for acting as the local liaison at the corporate headquarters
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, data analytics, or low-code automation platforms
- Familiarity with modern PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Notion) and an interest in their AI integrations
- Experience in internal communications or large-scale event coordination
