Role Overview 

The RFP/Proposal Writer plays a key role in securing high-value K-12 and SLED (State, Local, and Education) contracts. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting successful bids that satisfy district purchasing requirements, adhere to procurement regulations, and align with budget availability timelines. The ideal candidate will not only manage proposal writing but also build a scalable system to identify, track, and optimize bid opportunities. This is a high-impact, remote-first role requiring a mission-driven mindset to support student well-being through strategic growth.
