- Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
About the Role
Our client, a growing graphic design company, is seeking a professional and friendly Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- Respond to general client inquiries.
- Manage email correspondence and route inquiries as needed.
- Maintain client records and update information within company systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars when required.
- Provide administrative support to the design team.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Virtual Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience in a creative, marketing, or design-related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software.
