We're seeking a skilled and motivated Agency Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our recruiting team, you'll be responsible for driving success through creative sourcing, strategic recruitment, and exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage entire recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to source new clients and candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and events
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to your work every day, driving results and delivering exceptional outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with our best practices and applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Create and optimize job postings to attract top talent
- Submit candidates, provide essential information to facilitate hiring decisions, and guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Facilitate offer processes, including salary negotiations and other terms of employment
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume agency recruitment environment
- Location: Remote in the United States
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
