The role involves building .NET applications, utilizing AI tools, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance modern .NET applications
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality
- Collaborate through pair programming and mob programming
- Modernize and refactor existing applications using AI-assisted workflows
- Write, review, test, and troubleshoot production-quality code
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices using Azure DevOps
Skills
- AI-Native Development Experience
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools as a core part of your daily engineering workflow
- Experience with one or more of the following: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot, Other modern AI-assisted development tools
- Demonstrated ability to increase development speed and productivity using AI
- Ability to generate, refactor, and optimize code using AI
- Ability to improve testing and debugging using AI
- Ability to understand and modernize existing codebases using AI
- Ability to enhance collaboration during pair programming and mob programming using AI
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with pair programming and/or mob programming
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
