They are seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about sales and eager to help clients unlock the power of Airtable by managing the full sales cycle and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for clients, from prospecting to closing
- Conduct discovery calls to gain a deep understanding of clients’ operational challenges and goals
- Present Airtable capabilities and position Optimize IS solutions as the ideal fit
- Develop tailored proposals, demos, and Statements of Work in collaboration with technical teams
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal closure
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Airtable’s partner team
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
- Stay current on Airtable updates, industry trends, and best practices in no-code solutions
Skills
- Knowledge of Airtable as an end-user and builder is required
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology consulting sales
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, stakeholder management, and navigating complex decision-making
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage executives and technical audiences alike
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and eager to earn based on performance
