About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Food Service Client operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class support to our Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers. This isn't your typical customer service job – you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex, handling service inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Our team members establish and maintain what we call "Gold Standard" business relationships – partnerships built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service. You'll maintain predetermined brand distribution percentages for our customer base, ensuring that our clients receive exactly what they need, when they need it. This role requires someone who pays close attention to detail, can think on their feet, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

The position involves receiving and responding to inbound call inquiries and communications from customers, marketing associates, and other customer service representatives. You'll also make outbound calls as needed to follow up on issues, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
