In this role, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. You'll also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, navigate multiple systems, and adhere to established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve member issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, using established systems and tools
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and industry developments to provide accurate and knowledgeable support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery
- Meet or exceed established quality and productivity metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
