Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on market developments and customer needs
- Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to drive business growth
- Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable plastics and our innovative product offerings
- Engage with customers through webinars, presentations, and other marketing initiatives to foster awareness and interest
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design or a related field
- Proven track record of accomplishments in sales and business development, preferably within consumer goods, fashion, apparel, or automotive
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret opportunities in the market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required
- Position based in Houston, Texas, remote optional
- Domestic and international travel is required
- Proficiency in other European languages is advantageous
