This role involves building relationships, closing new business, and expanding key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business within enterprise accounts
- Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities for staffing and workforce solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Identify client needs and align solutions to workforce challenges
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Manage pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Skills
- Proven success selling IT or Engineering staffing solutions
- Experience closing new business and growing accounts
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Experience managing full sales cycles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or regulated industries
