[Remote] Care Support Representative

The Care Support Representative is responsible for managing daily interactions with providers and partners, ensuring prompt resolution of non-clinical service inquiries to enhance patient access and provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Escalate or triage complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Practice active listening and patience with all customers and partners
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and provide assistance
• Resolve routine and complex service issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and perform additional duties as required

Skills

• Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call centers, pharmacies, medical offices, or fast-paced startups)
• Service-oriented mindset with empathy and clear, kind communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to take initiative
• Ability to adapt in a semi-structured, dynamic, and fast-moving environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining composure under challenge
• Capability to handle inbound calls, assess problems, and provide thoughtful solutions
• A passion for supporting mental health care access and making a positive impact
• BA/BS degree preferred
