The role involves supporting attorneys by managing case-related information, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a point of contact for clients while ensuring timely and organized case progression.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism
- Manage electronic information, including document management and document review
- Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines
- Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
