In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, lead support and strategy calls, oversee project timelines, and communicate with clients to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
- Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
- Lead client support and strategy calls
- Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
- Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
Skills
- Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
