[Remote] Commercial Contracts Analyst- Remote

They are seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst to provide pricing and deal structuring support to the Commercial Sales Team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure contracting deals and draft, redline, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., master agreements, placement agreements, pricing agreements, distributor agreements, and amendments)
• Provide pricing analysis and deal structuring support to ensure competitive and compliant commercial terms
• Collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to resolve moderately complex contracting issues
• Ensure contract terms comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements across contracting workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR Master's Degree with 0-2 years of related work experience
• Experience in pricing analysis, deal structuring, contracts drafting and redlining, and negotiating various commercial contracts in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA
• Contracting with Hospitals and Distributors in the US
• Salesforce.com, Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Quoting tools
• Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys
