What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Care Professional on our team, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally while engaging and conversing with business owners and executives to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex Small Business Solutions products.
- Product Expertise: Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and various elements of arenaflex Business Services.
- Sales Development: Continuously grow key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Customer Care Excellence: Provide exceptional customer care by answering inquiries concerning accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Record pertinent account information according to established policies and procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compliance & Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance rules related to handling and sales practices, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service experience with a genuine enthusiasm for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, empathy, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+) with measurable results.
