Position Summary

careerzynith is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote customer service team on rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts. This full‑time role is critical to maintaining the high‑standard patient experience that defines our brand. You will be the voice of careerzynith during evening and overnight hours, handling inbound calls, managing service requests, and coordinating with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
