At careerzynith, we believe in promoting from within and rewarding hard work. Employees who have completed six (6) months of service in their current role and demonstrate strong performance are eligible to apply for new internal opportunities that match their skills, experience, and career goals. For those with less than six months of service, internal transfers may be possible with mutual agreement from both the current and receiving managers, provided a clear transition date is established. New hire training time does not count toward the six-month service requirement. Employees currently on a performance improvement plan will be considered ineligible for open positions until the plan is successfully completed.
